Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Once this foundation was laid, we needed to know how we could accommodate the customer based upon that belief. This was quite simple:
We asked customers how they would envision getting the best computer service in town. Most customers complained about having to disconnect their PC to drag it all the way to the next expensive repair place where they had to pay high up-front fees before anyone would ever look at their computer. The next complaint was that they were sometimes forced to be without a comuter for days - and that "on-site" services were extremely expensive. Even pick-up and delivery charges were charged at the going rate of $70-80 dollars per hour.
We listened, and our team is committed to meeting the customer's vision by:
1. Providing "on-site service" for only one low flat-rate.
2. In some extreme cases, customers may only be without their PC over-night.
3. We don't charge pick-up & delivery fees.
4. And most important - we feel the need to empower customers by providing them with the
tools to fix their own computer problems the next time around.
